1. Temperature Control
Jacket temperature: 160 – 165℃
Pipe temperature: 165 – 170℃
Nozzle temperature: 165 – 170℃
It is necessary to preheat for 30 minutes before use to ensure stable temperature.
2. Material Compatibility
Non-woven fabric: Select the model with moderate initial adhesion.
PE film: It is recommended to use a formulation with strong adhesive properties.
Elastic materials: Select special adhesives with good flexibility
3. Key Operating Points
The sizing amount should be controlled within a range of 0.5 to 1.2 mm in width.
The frequency of applying glue is synchronized with the speed of the production line.
Regularly clean the nozzles to prevent carbon buildup
4. Handling Common Issues
Tinning: Appropriately lower the temperature or switch to a tinning formula with better resistance.
Gelatinization: Reduce the amount of sizing, check the flatness of the material
Poor adhesion: Increase the temperature or change the type of adhesive.
5. Storage Requirements
Store in a cool and dry place to prevent moisture.
It is recommended to use it up within 3 months after opening.
Stay away from fire sources and heat sources.
It is recommended to conduct a sample test before use, and then adjust the parameters according to the actual production situation. When changing the material batch each time, it is advisable to retest the bonding effect.
