1.Running temperature:

2.Applicable equipment:
Choose a gear pump or piston pump type hot melt adhesive machine with an accurate temperature control system. Select the appropriate nozzle based on the width and requirements of the sealing strip (such as 3-10mm strip, strip or mist spraying). Flat nozzles are often used for strip sealing.
3.Parameter settings:
– Temperature control: Set the temperature of the glue tank, hose, and gun uniformly within the recommended application temperature range and preheat thoroughly (about 15-30 minutes) to prevent temperature fluctuations from causing uneven glue output or carbonization.
– Air pressure and glue output: Adjust the air pressure and glue output time according to the required size of the glue line and bonding speed to ensure a continuous and uniform glue line without glue breaks or overflow.

The product is specifically designed for materials commonly used in protective suits and demonstrates excellent adhesion to the following substrates:
